 Fees
In order to maintain our fees at competitive levels, we ask that you pay for our office services at the time they are rendered. Co-payments are due at Check-in. If you find that this is not possible, our staff will assist you in developing a payment schedule. A patient is responsible for any fees not paid by their insurance company or Medicare.
Workers Comp
Our practice has extensive experience in caring for injured workers. If you have a verified workers’ compensation injury, we will be glad to file all information for you.

Insurance
Piedmont Orthopedics works with most major insurance companies. Contracts between our patients and insurance carriers vary widely. You should be familiar with your coverage. For your convenience, we will be happy to submit claims to your insurance carrier and we accept fee assignment of Medicare claims. A patient is responsible for any fees not paid by their insurance company or Medicare. You are responsible for referrals and pre-certifications with your insurance.
