Biography:

With postgraduate degrees in both mechanical engineering and medicine, Dr. Newton has a wide range of practical medical experience. His fellowships include the Medical Sciences Division of NASA at the Johnson Space Center, and, most recently, the OSS Pain Management Division of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.

Dr. Newton joined the Piedmont Orthopedics division in 2008. He specializes in physiatry and interventional spine procedures including spine injections, nerve studies, and pain interventions.
